松果体素片对小鼠睡眠的影响

摘　　要：目的研究松果体素片对改善小鼠睡眠的影响。方法将小鼠随机分为3批,每批四组,分别为溶剂对照组、低、中、高剂量组,连续给予松果体素片(41.7、83.3、250.0 mg/kg)30 d,实验结束进行直接睡眠实验、延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间实验、戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠实验、巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期实验,测定各项指标。结果各剂量组对受试动物无直接睡眠作用;中、高剂量组能延长戊巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠时间(P<0.05、P<0.01),能增加阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠诱导小鼠睡眠发生率(P<0.05),且能缩短巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论松果体素片具有改善睡眠功能作用。Objective To explore the effect of sleep-improvement of melatonin on mice. Methods The mice were randomly divided into four groups,including solvent control group,low-dose group,moderate-dose group and high-dose group.The mice were gavaged with the melatonin 41.7,83.3,and 250.0 mg/kg every day,respectively.30 days later sleep-induced directly test,prolonged mice sleep time test which induced by pentyl barbital sodium,barbital sodium threshold dosage hypnotization test and barbital sodium sleep incubation period test were conducted to detect the sleep indexes. Results The sleep time of the mice in middle-and high-dosage groups were prolonged significantly（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,the sleep rates of the mice were increased significantly（P〈0.05）,but the sleep incubation periods of the mice were decreased significantly（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Melatonin can improve the sleep of the mice effectively.
