摘 要:以海藻酸钠为载体,对苯酚降解菌进行细胞固定化,并对其降解特性进行了研究。通过单因素实验确定较佳的固定化条件为:海藻酸钠质量浓度3.0%、CaCl2质量浓度4.0%、湿菌体量0.4 g/10 mL海藻酸钠溶液;固定化细胞降解苯酚的最适条件为:温度30℃、pH值7.0、NaCl质量浓度低于2.5%,该菌株固定化细胞的降解苯酚能力和耐受苯酚能力均大于游离细胞,800 mg.L-1苯酚降解48 h,降解率可达99%以上。In this paper,the phenol-degrading strain was immobilized on sodium alginate.The optimal immobilization conditions were determined by single factor experiment as follows: sodium alginate of 3.0%,CaCl2 of 4.0%,amount of wet strain of 0.4 g.The optimum conditions for immobilized cell degrading phenol were as follows:temperature of 30℃,pH value of 7.0,NaCl mass concentration lower than 2.5%.The results showed that the degradation performance and tolerance of immobilized cells for phenol were apparently superoir to those of free cells.When 800 mg·L^-1 of phenol was degraded by immobilized cell for 48 h,its degradation rate reached over 99%.
