离子交换纤维对菊芋汁脱色的研究

摘　　要：研究了离子交换纤维和离子交换树脂对菊芋汁的脱色性能,并对离子交换纤维的交换类型和离子交换纤维的混装效果进行了实验。结果表明,在强酸性离子交换纤维与强碱性离子交换纤维以6∶4体积比混装时,脱色效果最好,色值比单独使用强碱性离子交换纤维降低了41%。A study on decoloration of jerusalem artichoke juice by ion-exchange fiber and ion-exchange resin was introduced in this paper.The effects of decoloration by different types of ion-exchange fiber independent and mix-filling were investigated.The results showed that mix-filling of 40% strong acidic ion-exchange fiber with 60% strong alkaline ion-exchange fiber got the lowest color value and the color value dropped by 41% than using strong alkaline ion-exchange fiber independently.
