安康市中小学教育发展现状及其对策

摘　　要：在综合文献资料的基础上,分析了安康市中小学教育发展的现状,认为近年来全市中小学教育发展较快,但同时也存在着诸如城乡教育发展不均衡、普通高中教育规模不大、办学条件薄弱等问题。因此,要推动安康市中小学教育事业持续健康的发展,就必须大力推进义务教育均衡发展,加快普及高中阶段教育,加强师资队伍建设和完善教育经费投入保障机制。On the basis of comprehensive literature material,the present situation of the development of primary and secondary school education in Ankang is analyzed.It is concluded that in recent years the city primary and secondary school education had been developing faster,but there are some question,such as urban and rural education development was not balanced and ordinary high school education scale was not large,managerial condition was weak.Therefore,to promote the sustainable and healthy education career middle and primary school of development in Ankang,it must vigorously promote compulsory education balanced development,accelerate popularization of high school education,strengthen the construction of the teaching staff and improves investment guarantee mechanism of education funds.
