生物技术专业创新型人才培养模式与培养方案的构建

摘　　要：在阐述了人才培养模式与培养方案改革的原则基础上,对师范院校非师专业创新型人才培养模式及培养方案的改革与修订、专业课程体系建设提出了框架性建议,对生物技术专业人才培养模式与人才培养方案的构建进行了探讨。认为生物技术人才培养模式和培养方案制定要体现经济社会发展对人才的需求,推进课程体系、教学内容、教学方法和手段的改革,构建新的课程结构,加大选修课程开设比例,着力培养基础扎实、知识面宽、能力强、素质高的人才。通过采取"以学科建设为龙头,以重点实验室为平台,以教师高水平科研课题为依托,以培养学生专业素养和实践技能为目标"的发展原则,着重培养学生具有扎实的专业基础知识和实践技能,通过采取学研相结合、理论与实践相结合等教学形式,突显应用型人才培养的专业特点,以适应社会对人才的多元化需求,增加学生毕业后的就业预期。On the principles of training system and program reform,we proposed a framework and revision on the training model and reform of training normal university innovative students;conferred how to build a talent cultivation mode and training program to normal university biotechnology major.We think that bio-technical professional training model and training program should be formulated reflecting the economic and social development demand for talented personnel,and renovating course system,teaching content,teaching methods and means of reform.Meanwhile,we should also build a new structure and increase elective courses,focusing on training solid,knowledgeable,high quality students.By taking the ＂Discipline as the lead,Key Laboratory for the platform,relying on high-level research projects to train students,to teach students knowledge and practical skills＂,we focus on teaching students with a solid foundation of professional knowledge and practical skills,learning to research by combining theory with practice and other forms of teaching,highlighting the application of the professional characteristics of talent training to meet the diverse needs of the community to the talents and increase job prospects after graduation.
