摘  要:随着社会现代化进程的加快,各种应激因素导致抑郁症的发病率不断上升,而由抑郁症导致的学习记忆障碍也越发凸显,严重威胁着人类健康和社会发展。关于其发病机制仍不清楚,目前认为与神经递质紊乱、自由基损伤、神经细胞凋亡和免疫系统抑制等多个方面有关。近年有关天然中药提取物防治抑郁症及其所致学习记忆障碍的研究日益受到重视,并取得了重大进展。本文对近几年来国内外关于天然多酚类化合物抗抑郁症及抑郁相关学习记忆障碍的研究进展进行综述。With the rapid development of economy and lives, people suffer from more and more chronical stress than before. Stress may affect cognitive function in brain,and even cause a depressive disorder, including impaired learning memory, depression, dysmnesia and so on. However, the pathogenesis remains unclear. Present study shows that it may result from neurotransmitter disorders, free radical damage, neuronal apoptosis, immune system suppression and other factors. Recently, the usage of traditional herbs has provided us a prospective alternative in the treatment of depression because of their better compliance and lower side effects. This review introuduces the effects of several natural antioxidants (curcumin, procyanidins etc.) on regularing depression and learning-memory, as well as the mechanism.
