摘　　要：加强农村小学生的心理健康教育是学校教育改革的新视角，是农村小学实施素质教育的重要标志。淄博市农村小学生发展性心理教育存在着认识模糊、重视不够、渠道单一、师资缺乏等问题。加强农村小学生发展性心理教育，需要创设以学生为中心的多主体环境，建立以活动为载体的全方位的课程体系，建立以专业化为主、专兼结合的师资队伍。To strengthen the psychological education of countryside pupils is a new view of the school edition reform and an important symbol of the all--around developmental education of countryside elementary schools. The developmental psychological education of countryside pupils in Zibo has many problems such as unclear understanding, inadequate attention, insufficient channels, and lack of teachers, etc. To strengthen the developmental psychology education of countryside pupils demands the creation of multi--agent environment around the students, the establishment of omni--directional curriculum system carried by activities, and teacher team combining professional and parttime teachers.
