摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职院校重要的教学环节和手段。本文基于学生顶岗实习的实际调查,分析顶岗实习出现问题的实质原因,并从利益竞合角度、教学角度、管理角度对顶岗实习进行分析。Post practice teaching is an important part and means in vocational colleges.Based on the practical survey,the essential reasons for problems are analyzed from the perspectives of interest competition,teaching and management.
