摘　　要：就新加坡国立大学化学教育体制中理论和实验教学的内容、方法以及评价体系的优点进行了论述,通过对比发现了我国大学化学教育中的不足,并借鉴新加坡国立大学化学教育的理论和实验教学,以及对学生的评价机制等先进理论进而探讨了中国大学化学教育改革的有效途径。The merits of chemical education in terms of teaching content and teaching method as well as evaluating system of National University of Singapore（NUS） were discussed.The deficiencies in university chemical education in China were pointed out by comparing with Singapore,and finally effective means for chemical educational reform in universities of China were probed drawn on the experience of chemical education of NUS.
