摘　　要：致力于探究在自由企业经济的体系下,人力资源市场所展现的特征,并利用人力资源营销理论对当前企业的人力资源营销创新模式进行划分,据此提出企业内、外部人力资源营销管理的相关策略建议。This article studies the characteristics of human resource market under the system of free enterprise economy.Based on the theories of human resource marketing,the article classifies the innovation patterns of human resource management and puts forward some suggestions to the internal and external human resource management.
