高职现代制造专业群“三合一”教师工作室建设实践

摘　　要：广州铁路职业技术学院主动融入区域产业基地,创新管理体制,建立集学生实训、职业技能竞赛培育和企业项目开发功能"三合一"的教师工作室。通过将企业真实任务引入工作室作为教育技术研发课题、技能竞赛培育项目和学生生产性实训内容,为学生搭建能力提升平台,为教师能力提升、解决企业难题创造途径,达到企业、教师、学生三方满意。Guangzhou Vocational and Technical College of Railway has built the working office for teachers of integration of students＇ practice training,cultivation of professional skills competition and enterprises＇ projects development by integrating into regional industrial base and innovating management system,and the objective of satisfaction of enterprises,teachers and students are achieved through taking the introduction of real tasks of enterprises into working office as the issue of educational technology research,project of skills competition cultivation and content of students＇ productive practice,building ability enhancement platform for students and creating approaches for enhancing teachers＇ abilities and solving problems of enterprises.
