高职学生就业与学业认知现状的调查分析

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法对高职学生的就业准备、学习特点、双证认知和职业能力认知情况进行调查,结果表明:高职学生在本地对口就业的意愿明显,薪资要求较为合理;学习主动性差,缺乏对学业成就、学历提升的追求;对"双证制"比较认可,希望通过职业资格证书的学习将职业能力内化。调查同时显示,多数高职学生对于自身实际操作能力信心不足。Questionnaire investigation on the employment preparation,learning characteristics,cognition on dual-certificates and professional abilities showed that,higher vocational school students have strong will to be employed at home and their requirement for salaries is reasonable;their learning initiatives is bad and don＇t pursue high school performance and diploma enhancement;they have high recognition on dual-certificate system and want to internalize professional abilities through learning of professional qualification certificates;most of them don＇t have confidence for their practical abilities.
