摘  要:研究CTP(胶原三肽)的抗氧化功效并与两种大分子胶原肽进行比较。体外试验采用螯合Fe2+和清除DPPH自由基能力的方法;体内试验采用"D-半乳糖皮下注射制备小鼠衰老模型",以受试小鼠SOD和GSH-PX活力、MDA含量为检测指标,考察CTP等胶原肽产品的抗氧化性能。结果表明,在相同浓度下,CTP螯合Fe2+和清除DPPH自由基的能力均高于对照产品;在相同剂量下,胶原三肽能显著提高衰老小鼠体内SOD活力,降低MDA含量,并优于对照产品。与大分子胶原肽相比,胶原三肽具有较强的抗氧化活性。The antioxidant function of collagen tripeptide was investigated and compared with two kinds of high molecular weight collagen pep-tide.The vitro antioxidant function of CTP and other similar products was assayed by chelating ferrous ion and clearing the DPPH· method.The antioxidant function in vivo of CTP and other collagen peptides was assayed by D-galactose aging model mice prepared by subcutaneous injection as the experiment animals.The detection index included superoxide dismutase activity,glutathione peroxidase activity(antioxidant enzyme activity)and malondialdehyde content (lipid peroxide content).The collagen tripeptide produced has much higher chelating ferrous ion and clearing the DPPH·antioxidant activity than other collagen peptides at the same concentration.The collagen trieptide can enhance the SOD activity and reduce the MDA content,which has a high vivo antioxidant activity than other collagen peptides at the same dosage.Compared with two kinds of high molecular weight collagen peptide,CTP has better antioxidant function.
