势科学管理理论对于中国管理的实践价值——理性信息人假设的完备性视角

摘　　要：信息人日益强烈的"自由"愿望,使信息人理论有必要研究信息人对于"空间信息"与"时间信息"的生存依赖。在"天时"和"地利"所表达的时间信息和空间信息意义上,可以有效地诠释"中国关系"对于中国管理实践的价值;正像"货币信息依赖(即理性经济人)"成为经典经济学研究的逻辑起点,"空间信息依赖"和"时间信息依赖"也将为"空间经济学"与"时间经济学"的完善提供人性假设的逻辑基础。同时,理性信息人的"空间信息依赖"与势科学理论的完美结合则为产业空间集聚和城市化发展的中国管理实践提供有效路径。The information person＇s increasing ＂free＂ desire raises the necessity to study the survival dependency of ＂Space Information＂ and ＂Time Information＂.On the basis of time information and space information that ＂favorable objective conditions＂ and ＂land productivity＂ represent,the Shi Theory may efficiently interpret the value of ＂Chinese relation＂ to the Chinese management practice,just as the ＂currency of information dependent（i.e.,rational economic person）＂ as the logical starting point of classical economics,＂spatial information dependent＂ and ＂time information dependent＂ also will be the human nature assumption logical basis to the perfection of ＂Spatial Economics＂ and ＂Time Economics＂.At the same time,the perfect combination of Rational Information Person＇s ＂Spatial Information Dependency＂ and the Shi Scientific Theory provides the Valid path to Industry agglomeration and urban development management practices in China.
