摘 要:将基于非线性互补理论的内点法成功应用于求解含有电压稳定约束的无功规划问题。将内点法中的KKT条件利用互补松弛条件转化为等式约束,并用牛顿法求解。选取电压稳定裕度不低于某个允许的最小稳定裕度表示电压稳定约束。引入两组变量和潮流方程,将电压稳定裕度可以用正常状态和临界状态的负荷功率显式表达。在该模型的基础上,增加了系统的无功储备为目标之一,能够增加系统的静态电压稳定裕度。在IEEE14、118节点系统中试验表明,该算法具有良好的计算精度和收敛性。A new interior point method based on the theory of nonlinear complementary is applied successfully to solve the problem of reactive power planning constrained static voltage stability. The KKT conditions in interior point method is transformed into the equation constraint using complementary relaxation conditions and the equation is solved by Newton's method. The voltage stability constraints are expressed in a way which the voltage stability margin is no less than the allowed minimum number. Introducing two sets of variables and flow equations, the voltage stability margin can be explicitly presented by load power in a normal state and the critical state. In the model, reactive power reserve of the system is increased to one of the objectives, which can strengthen the system static and dynamic voltage stability margin. Tests in the IEEE 14 and 118-node system show that the algorithm possesses good accuracy and convergence. This work is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) (No.50777021).
