摘  要:为提高贵州省优质茗茶的品质和产量,在湄潭茶产区进行了不同叶位新梢绿茶品质的分析,并探讨了影响其品质的因素。结果表明,春季制作优质绿茶以采摘一芽2叶新梢茶叶生化品质最优。从市场经济角度看,采摘一芽1叶茶叶新梢为原料,与独芽相比可大幅度提高优质高档茗茶的产量和品质;N、P、K、Cu、B等元素含量与茶叶品质呈正相关关系,Mg、Al、Zn含量在一定范围内有利于促进优质茶叶的品质形成。The quality of green teas from different leaf position on new shoots was analyzed and the factors affecting tea quality were studied to improve quality and yield of excellent teas in Guizhou.The results showed that the biochemical quality of high-quality green tea with one bud and two leaves from new shoots in Spring was the best.The tea with one bud and one leaf from new shoots can greatly increase yield and quality of high-rank tea compared with the tea with one bud in production of high-quality green tea.There is the positive correlation between N,P,K,Cu and B content and tea quality.The certain Mg,Al and Zn content can improve quality formation of high-quality green tea.
