摘 要:全球化趋势下,跨文化交际能力已成为大学生应具备的一项关键能力。跨文化交际能力的培养能提高大学生的内在学习动机和语言交际能力,因而在英语教学过程中应得到充分的重视。跨文化交际能力的三个要素,即态度、知识和技能有着密不可分的关系,三者缺一不可。教师应当探索不同的途径来使学生参与对他国和本国文化的学习,使他们最终成为具有跨文化意识和技巧的社会精英。Intercultural Communicative Competence (ICC) has become a crucial ability for college students in the trend of globalization. Since the cultivation of ICC can promote students' intrinsic motivation and communicative competence, it deserves close attention in college English teaching process. Three factors of ICC, namely, attitude, knowledge and skills, are inextricably related and should all be taken into consideration. Various means should be explored to involve students in learning domestic and foreign cultures; which can help them finally become elites with intercultural awareness and skills.
