摘　　要：我国每年数百万吨酒糟使用后丢弃造成环境污染和资源浪费.文章阐述了丢糟回收利用的现状和发展,在综合利用丢糟、解决污染的同时实现了资源的再利用,对促进国民经济可持续发展具有重要意义.In China, each year millions of tons of grains which were abused cause environmental pollution and the waste of resources. In this article, the research advances on the status and development of recycling of distiller＇s grains. The comprehensive utilization of distiller＇s grains solve the pollution and realize resource recycling. And this is of important significance to promote the sustainable development of national economy.
