摘　　要：科学的教学管理方法是提高教学质量的必要途径,对教学过程实施全面质量管理以及有效控制,是提升教学管理质量的有效手段。文中以教学实践证明,建立与完善教学过程决策与控制机制,营造和谐的物流课程教学环境,是取得理想教学效果的必要条件。The scientific teaching management is an essential way of improves the teaching quality, implements the total quality management and control to the teaching process, is the effective method of promotes the teaching management quality. This article proved by the teaching case and the fact that, establishes and perfects the teaching process decision -making anti the control mechanism, Build the harmonious logistics course teaching environment is the essential condition of obtains the ideal teaching effect .
