后现代主义理论视野下的高校学生管理

摘　　要：后现代主义思潮的基本思想对目前我国日益僵化的高校学生管理工作具有极大的启发性:目的观上对主体平等性的观照进而呼唤人本管理;组织观上的自组织观念推崇自我管理;过程观上的多元共存信念主张和谐管理;模式观上的差异性观念寻求校本管理。Basic ideas of Postmodernism have great inspiration in our present rigid management of college students. On the outlook of intention,it calls for human-oriented management based on the concept of equality of human beings; on the outlook of organization,it advocates self-management based on the concept of self-organization; on the outlook of process,it calls for harmonious management based on the multi-existence concept; on the outlook of models,it advocates school-based management on the base of the concept of general difference.
