摘 要:评核过程有三个主要步骤:设计规划以收集资料、预备学生课业及报告学生的学习成果。规划设计非常重要,而在公开考试中,有关的规划会透过考试课程来说明。在学术文献中,考试课程通常有不同的名称:如测验规定或考试大纲。本文讨论设定考试大纲须考虑的问题,包括考题的类型、考试的模式及分卷的安排。不同的科目在考试设计时会有不同的重点,科目委员会在设计过程中须考虑不同的因素,从而找出一个平衡的方案,以符合考试目标的要求。An assessment process consists of three elements:the design of the scheme for gathering information,the preparation of the tasks for the students and the reporting of the outcomes.The design of the test scheme is very important.In public examinations,examination bodies promulgate the relevant information through an examination syllabus.In the academic literature,examination syllabuses are given different names,commonly called test specifications or assessment frameworks.The article discusses three important factors in the design of assessment frameworks:the types of questions to be set,the mode of assessment and the choice of sub-papers.Different subjects may have different emphasis in their examination design and subject committees looking after the design of assessment frameworks have to consider different factors in the design process and find a balanced solution which best serves the assessment objectives of the test.
