摘  要:重点观察猕猴桃不同提取成分对成年雄性小鼠离体小肠的作用。结果发现,猕猴桃提取液中主要含有糖分、有机酸和VC,而猕猴桃提取物中主要含有膳食纤维;正常成年雄性小鼠离体小肠的平均收缩频率和收缩力分别是62.0±1.00次/min和3.5±0.01g,同等实验条件下,用猕猴桃提取液原液灌肠可明显提高小肠收缩频率和收缩力(p<0.001),与阳性参照物(乙酰胆碱)促进肠道运动的作用和效果十分近似。当猕猴桃液浓缩2倍和5倍时,其作用于小肠的效果,尤其是收缩频率更较乙酰胆碱显著增加(p<0.05);猕猴桃提取物对小鼠离体肠段的收缩频率和肠肌收缩力影响不如提取液。本研究提示,猕猴桃提取液随着其有机酸和总糖浓度的升高,肠肌收缩频率和肠肌收缩力升高。The effect of different actinidia extracts on male mice small intestine in vitro was observed.The results showed that extract liquid mainly contained sugars, organic acids and Vc, while the extract materials mainly contained dietary fiber.The normal contraction frequency and contractile force were 62 ± 1.00 times/min and 3.53 ±0.01g. Actinidia extract liquid can obviously increase contraction frequency and contractile force( p 〈 0.001),the effect was very similar to Ach.The effect of 2-fold and 5-fold extract liquid was very significant to Ach( p 〈 0.05), especially the contraction frequency.The extract materials can't increase contraction frequency and contractile force as extract liquid.The research displayed that with the organic acids and total sugar concentration increasing, actinidia extract liquid stimulated the contraction frequency and contractile force heighten.
