摘  要:研究江蓠藻膳食纤维的抗脂质过氧化作用.将小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、燕麦膳食纤维组,以及江蓠藻膳食纤维高、中、低剂量组.在给药的同时,除空白对照组外,其余各组小鼠每天颈背皮下注射10%的D-半乳糖0.25mL,连续给药40d后,测定小鼠脾指数、胸腺指数,以及血清、心、肝、肾、脑中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量.结果表明,江蓠藻膳食纤维可减弱衰老小鼠胸腺和脾脏的萎缩,激活衰老小鼠血清及心、肝、肾、脑中抗氧化酶活性,降低MDA的含量;可增强衰老小鼠的免疫力,显著提高体内抗氧化酶活性,清除氧自由基及抑制脂质过氧化.The anti-lipid peroxidation effects of Gracilaria dietary fiber(GDF) were investigated.Mice were equally divided into several groups including normal group,oat dietary fiber(ODF) group and Gracilaria dietary fiber(GDF) groups with high,middle and low dose.The mice were injected subcutaneously with 0.25 mL 10% D-galactose in the neck back except normal group when feeding with drugs.40 days later the spleen index,the thymus index,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in serum,heart,liver,kidney and brain were examed.The results showed that GDF could reduce thymus and spleen atrophy of senile mice,activate the activities of antioxidase in serum,heart,liver,kidney and brain,descend the content of MDA.So GDF can improve immunity of the senile mice,increase the activities of antioxidase significantly,eliminate oxygen free radicals and inhibit lipid peroxidation.
