摘　　要：从资源基础理论(RBV)出发,在大量文献基础上,提出了一个系统的、源于理论的信息技术能力测量体系,深入研究了以往研究中所忽略的信息技术与组织资源的互补能力,为企业构建符合自身条件的信息技术能力提供了很好的参照,也为进一步分析信息技术能力与企业绩效之间的关系奠定了基础。According to the resource-based view （RBV） and a large number of relevant literatures, a systemic measurement system of information technology capabilities stemming from theory is set up, especially for the complementary capabilities between information technology and organizational resources, which is neglected by previous studies. The study provides good references for firms to develop information technology capabilities with their own conditions and also builds a solid foundation for the further study on the relationship between information technology capabilities and firm performance.
