摘　　要：医患沟通有利于临床医疗和教学工作的顺利进行,有助于减少医疗纠纷。针对目前医患关系和医学生沟通技能的现状,探讨了如何在临床带教中注重加强血液科临床实习生医患沟通能力的培养,以提高医学生的医患沟通技巧和临床综合素质。Doctor-patient communication is conducive to conducting clinical teaching and clinical treatment as well as reducing medical disputes. In view of the status quo of doctor-patient relationship and medical students＇ communication skills, the paper discusses how to train the doctor-patient communication capability of interns in department of hematology to raise their doctor-patient communication ability and comprehensive clinical quality.
