摘　　要：构建中国教师教育信息中心是一个全新的课题,也是一个长期的系统工程,需要高师院校图书馆的多方合作与长期努力。以哈尔滨师范大学教师教育信息中心作为先行试点进行理论研究,可以为中国教师教育信息中心的理论研究与实践奠定基础。探讨了哈尔滨师范大学图书馆构建哈尔滨教师教育信息中心的历史契机、优势与基础,构建方案、运转障碍及突破问题。Constructing the China teacher education information center is a brand-new topic project,its construction is long-term system engineering,needs the high colleges and universities library union and the long-term endeavor in every way.Takes the advance experiment site by the Harbin Normal University Teacher Education Information Center to conduct the fundamental research,May lays the foundation for China teacher education information center fundamental research and the practice.Discussed the Harbin Normal university Library to construct the Harbin Normal University Teacher Education Information Center historical turning point、 the superiority and the foundation、the construction plan、 the revolution barrier and the breakthrough question.
