摘　　要：经过近30年的长足发展,继续教育已成为我国教育事业不可或缺的一部分。但当前我国的继续教育普遍存在资金短缺,教育质量无保障,管理不健全等诸多问题,究其根源是继续教育法律法规的不健全,使我国继续教育的发展缺乏制度保障。我们应当借鉴国外继续教育立法的成功经验,进一步加快我国继续教育法制化进程,保证继续教育顺利实施。In the past 30 years,continuing education has developed into an irreplaceable part of Chinese education system,yet with many general challenges,such as funding shortage,quality guarantee problems,and low-efficient management systems.Incompletion of legislation is the root reason of the problems.Hence,continuing education is now developing without the protection of comprehensive laws and regulations.We should learn successful experiences from the international communities to accelerate the legislation process of Chinese continuing education.
