摘 要:目的探讨大鼠偏侧咀嚼在不同时期引起咬肌纤维类型发生变化及咀嚼肌群发生功能紊乱的机制。方法建立大鼠偏侧咀嚼模型,随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组左侧拔除上颌磨牙,右侧不拔牙,对照组左侧上颌磨牙仅安放拔牙钳,但并不拔牙。三磷酸腺苷酶染色法观察建模后2、4、6周,实验组、对照组咬肌纤维类型的变化,并进行统计学分析。结果建模后2、4、6周,实验组Ⅰ型肌纤维比例均高于对照组(P<0.05)。建模后2周,实验组拔牙侧Ⅰ型肌纤维比例高于非拔牙侧(t=3.197,P=0.043);拔牙侧(t=-8.302,P<0.01)和非拔牙侧(t=-5.688,P<0.01)均高于对照组。建模后4周,实验组非拔牙侧Ⅰ型肌纤维比例较拔牙侧高(t=-5.780,P<0.01);非拔牙侧(t=-6.528,P<0.01)和拔牙侧(t=-4.313,P=0.004)均高于对照组。建模后6周,实验组非拔牙侧Ⅰ型肌纤维比例较拔牙侧高(t=-14.619,P<0.01);非拔牙侧较对照组高(t=-10.303,P<0.001);拔牙侧与对照组之间差异无统计学意义(t=-0.666,P=0.527)。结论偏侧咀嚼导致双侧咬肌纤维类型改变,主要表现为Ⅱ型纤维向Ⅰ型纤维转换,这可能导致了咀嚼肌群的功能紊乱。Objective To study the mechanism in masticatory muscle dysfunctional by unilateral chew,and to investigate the changes of the fiber types of the masseter muscle as time vary.Methods The rat model of unilateral chew was built,and the changes of the muscel fiber types between the extraction side and the non-extraction side were observed and analyzed,while ATPase staining were used after two weeks,four weeks and six weeks of tooth extraction,respectively.Results In the experimental group,the percentage of type Ⅰ fiber was higher in the extraction side than the non-extraction side after two weeks,and both sides were higher than the control groups.After four and six weeks,the percentage in the non-extraction side was higher than the extraction side in the experiment group,and both were higher than the control groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion Unilateral chew leads to changes of the fiber types in bilateral masseter muscles,mainly presenting from type Ⅰ fibers to the type Ⅱ ones.This may play some role in masticatory muscles dysfunction.
