摘　　要：加强"双师素质"师资队伍建设是高职师资队伍建设的重点,也是体现高职特色、开展教学改革、提高教学质量的关键。给出了"双师素质"教师的准确涵义,并结合高职院校制冷专业的实际情况,指出目前该专业在"双师素质"师资队伍建设中存在的问题,最后给出了在建设"双师素质"师资队伍中一系列有效的措施。Enhancing the teaching staff construction of double qualified teachers is critical for the teaching staff construction of higher vocational colleges. It is also the key to promoting the characteristics of higher vocational education, implementing educational reform, and improving the quality of teaching. This paper expressed the exact meaning of the ＂double qualified teachers＂, then showed some problems of the teaching staff construction of double qualified teachers on refrigeration major, and gave a series of effective suggestions and measures already taken in Nanjing College of Chemical Technology in the end.
