摘　　要：能力要素是价值链中对企业能力有价值贡献的共有组成部分,知识能力的构成要素主要是指组织中不同的资源和行为。本文借鉴国内外学者关于能力要素内容及分析方法的研究成果,提出知识能力由基础资源能力、知识运作能力和知识机制等三方面要素构成,在此基础上构建了知识能力的三维测量模型,并通过实证分析方法,验证了该模型的有效性。Genes of capability are the basic buildup contributing to the output of the value chain,and genes of knowledge capability mainly means the different resources and process in an organization.Based on a capability component study at home and abroad,this paper concludes that knowledge capability consists of infrastructure resource capability,knowledge operation capability and knowledge mechanisms.Then a measure model of knowledge capability is set up and its validity is validated by an empirical research.
