摘  要:测定栝楼入药器官中的游离氨基酸,为探讨栝楼的中药疗效和游离氨基酸的关系提供成分依据。在栝楼产地河南安阳选4个栽培种,用高效液相色谱方法测定果肉、果仁和块根中的游离氨基酸含量,结果发现,栝楼入药器官中的游离氨基酸含量丰富,并含有酪氨酸、脯氨酸和非蛋白质氨基酸等特殊氨基酸,尤其是果肉和块根中,含量较高,但不同种的不同器官含量有差异。栝楼丰富的游离氨基酸是栝楼入药器官成分的重要特征。该特征暗示,栝楼的游离氨基酸和它的药效可能有重要联系。同时,较高游离氨基酸含量的品种和器官是中药材品质的重要依据。The present paper deals with the determination of free amino acids in Trichosanthes in order to find the relationship between medicine efficacy and free amino acid concentration in Trichosanthes.The measure of the free amino acids in tuber,pulp,pip of seeds of 4 species of Trichosanthes that came from Anyang of Henan,was performed by high performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that abundant free amino acids,such as tyrosine,proline,alaine,and some kinds of non-protein amino acids were found in these organs,especially in tuber and pulp,and there are also content differences in different organs of species.The component features of the results suggested intensively that the free amino acids would be likely contacted with its pharmacodynamics.The content level of free amino acids in different species and organs provided an important evidence for its quality and pharmacodynamics function when they were used as Chinese traditional medicines.
