窝沟封闭中加用自酸蚀粘结剂对临床疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究使用自酸蚀粘结剂对第一恒磨牙窝沟封闭效果的影响,以探讨其临床价值。方法:收集临床初诊第一恒磨牙病例50例,采用自身双侧对照法,实验组加用自酸蚀粘结剂,对照组仅用磷酸酸蚀牙面进行窝沟封闭。将2种窝沟封闭法1年后的保留率进行对比分析。结果:3、6、12个月复查实验组成功率是100%、96%、92%;对照组是98%、90%、74%;二组3、6个月成功率无显著性差异,12个月的成功率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:加用自酸蚀粘结剂可提高窝沟封闭剂的封闭效果。Objective：To evaluate the clinical pit and fissure sealant effects of self-etching adhesive on permanent first molars. Methods：50 health permanent first molar in children aged 5 to 8 years old were collected and divided into two groups. Self-etching adhesive was used only in experimental group,and orthophosphoric acid was used in two groups.The rates of the sealant reservation after3,6,12months were compared in two groups. Results：The rates of the sealant reservation after 3,6,12months in the experimental group were 100%,96%,92%,and the rates of the control group were 98%,90%,78%. Two groups showed no statistical difference after 3,6 months,but revealed a significant difference（P0.01） between the two groups after 12 months. Conclusion：Self-etching adhesive can improve the retention rate of pit and fissure sealant.
