食管癌组织中Ebp1蛋白表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨Ebp1蛋白在食管癌发生、发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组化染色法检测220例食管癌患者的癌组织及其癌旁正常食管组织中Ebp1蛋白表达水平。结果食管癌组织中Ebp1蛋白阳性率显著高于正常食管组织(t=23.140,P=0.000)。单因素分析显示,与Ebp1 mRNA表达高度相关的临床参数包括年龄、家族史、淋巴结转移、病理分级、浸润深度和临床分期;多因素分析结果表明,家族史、淋巴结转移、肿瘤体积、浸润深度、病理分级均是Ebp1蛋白表达的危险因素。结论 Ebp1在食管癌发生、发展过程中起重要作用,可作为食管癌病情进展监测、转移潜能及预后评估方面的一个靶基因。Objective To investigate the function of Ebpl protein in the process of esophageal cancer. Methods Ebpl protein expression were determined in 220 esophageal cancer tissues and their matched adjacent normal esophageal tissues by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rate of Ebpl protein in cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in nomal counterparts（ t = 23. 140, P = 0. 000）. Univariate analysis showed that the Ebpl protein expression had significant association with age, family history, lymph node metastasis, pathological grade, infiltrating depth and TNM stage. Multiple factor analysis showed that family history, lymph node metastasis, tumor size, infiltrating depth and pathological type were risk factors for Ebpl protein expression. Conclusions Ebpl plays important role in the procession of esophageal cancer and might serve as a valuable target in monitoring of esophageal disease, metastatic potential and prognosis.
