摘  要:目的分析举重项目特点和营养补剂的生物学功能,为举重项目运动员选择适宜的营养补剂提供理论支持。方法参考国内外20篇文献,对举重运动员经常选用的运动补剂的来源、特性及生物学功能进行系统全面的论述。结果根据举重项目特点,可选用蒺黎皂甙、乳清蛋白、肌酸、红景天、氨基酸及其衍生物和某些金属元素等可作为举重运动员的运动补剂。结论所选运动补剂可提高举重运动员同化激素水平,促进机体蛋白质的合成,增加运动员体内CP储量,提高举重运动时磷酸原系统供能比例和运动后的及时恢复,提高举重运动员的训练水平和竞技能力。Aim To analyze the characteristics of weightlifting and biological functions of nutritional supplements so as to provide the choice of the appropriate nutritional supplements for weightlifters with theoretical support. Methods By referring to the domestic and foreign 20 literatures, the source, characteristics and biological functions of nutritional supplements which are often chosen for weightlifter are investigated systematically and comprehensively. Results According to characteristics of weightlifting, Tribulus terrestris saponins (tribuloside), whey protein, creatine, Rhodiola rosea, amino acids as well as their derivants and some metal elements can be used as sports tonics for weightlifter. Conclusion The selected sports tonics can increase levels of anabolic hormones, promote synthesis of the protein in weightlifters' bodies, raise CP reserves in weightlifters' bodies and improve proportion of energize of phosphagen system in weightlifting exercise, the recovery time after exercise, the training level and competitive ability of weightlifters.
