摘　　要：介绍了三杆三自由度虚拟轴机床数控系统的控制原理、硬件组成及软件结构。系统硬件基于 Ｐ Ｃ 机 Ｉ Ｓ Ａ 总线，可扩充性好、成本低；软件部分集 Ｃ Ａ Ｄ／ Ｃ Ａ Ｍ 于一体、模块化设计、功能齐全、界面友好。所设计的虚拟轴模块解决了现有 Ｃ Ａ Ｄ／ Ｃ Ａ Ｍ 软件与虚拟轴数控机床的接口问题。本系统的开发为虚拟轴机床的工业应用提供了有效的装备。The control theory,hardware and software of the PC based CNC system for the virtual axis machine tool is introduced.The hardware is cheap and is extendible.The software is designed in modules.It has strong functions and its interface is friendly.It links the present CAD/CAM software with the virtual axis machine tool.It provides an effective equipment for the industrial application of the virtual axis machine tool.
