摘  要:目的考察氧载体正十六烷对红法夫酵母发酵产虾青素的影响。方法采用单因素实验法在不同生长时期添加不同浓度正十六烷。结果在对数生长期添加体积分数6%的正十六烷,可使生物量提高20.14%,单位细胞虾青素产量从0.69 mg.g-1增加到0.94 mg.g-1,说明氧载体的存在使产物合成能力提高了35.90%。结论添加氧载体正十六烷可以加强发酵液中氧传递,提高溶氧水平,促进虾青素的单位合成效率。Objective To investigate the influences of oxygen vector n-hexadecane on Xanthophyllomyces dendrorhous growth and astaxanthin production in the shake-flask culture.Methods Different concentrations of n-hexadecane were added into the medium at different times using single factor experiments.Results It was found that n-hexadecane was the most suitable oxygen vector and the optimum concentration was 6% in the logarithmic phase.The maximum biomass was increased by 20.14% compared that with the control.It was also found that the specific astaxanthin yield was increased from 0.69 to 0.94 mg·g^-1ell.The synthesis capability was improved by 35.90%.Conclusions The use of n-hexadecane is an effective means to enhance oxygen delivery and promote the synthesis of astaxanthin.
