摘　　要：本文基于ArcGIS Server,结合时空数据模型和WebGIS理论,采用Flex技术,面向海岛管理,设计开发了集空间数据、属性信息和时态特性于一体的海岛管理支撑平台,对平台的体系结构、关键技术、数据组织和系统功能作了详细介绍,以期有效管理分布广泛的海岛,充分控制海洋、开发海洋资源。According to spatial-temporal data model and WebGIS theory, the island management platform was developed based on ArcGIS Server using Flex technology, which contains spatial data, attributes and temporal information. The architecture, key technology, data organization and system functions were explicitly demonstrated and it was a good reference for other systems.
