摘　　要：四总穴歌是针灸临床治疗的经典歌赋,是穴位循经远治的经典范例,同时也是经穴效应特异性的集中体现,尤其体现在基于经脉循行路线的穴位与其主治部位之间的体表特异性联系,基于大量四总穴的相关临床与实验研究支持这种体表特异性联系的客观事实,提示穴位与主治部位的体表直接联系或以中枢神经系统为中介的间接联系可能是经脉体表特异性联系的重要生物学基础。既往关于经穴效应特异性的研究,多聚焦于穴位与内脏的相关性研究,实际上,经脉体表特异性联系是一个十分重要却被忽视的研究领域,对于全面、深刻地揭示经穴效应特异性的基本规律和科学内涵,促进针灸理论与临床发展具有十分重要的作用。The poem of four-command-points is a classic recipe about acupuncture and moxibustion therapy.It’s a classic example of acupoints distal treatment along meridians,and concentrated representation of specific acupoint effect,which is especially reflected by the external specific communication between acupoints along meridians and the indications.Abundant clinic and experiment researchs on the four-command-points support the objective reality of external specific communication,which holds that the direct communication between acupoints and indications or indirect communication ralated by central nervous system may be significant biologic foundation of external meridian specific communication.The ex-post researchs on specific acupoint effect are primarily focused on communications between acupoints and internal organs.Acturally,the research on external meridian specific communication is extremely important but ignored.It plays a great role in completely and deeply uncovering basic law and scientific connotation of specific acupoint effect,and promots the developement of acupuncture theory and clinic.
