基于浙江中小民营企业需求的高职文秘专业改革探索

摘　　要：对浙江中小民营企业文秘专业人才的需求调查显示,中小民营企业对文秘专业人才的需求人数稳定并呈上升趋势,且对文秘专业人才的需求趋向商务型、复合型,同时企业看重人才各种资格证书的获得。高职文秘专业应从培养单一性的行政文秘人员向培养商务型、复合型的秘书专业人才转变,并根据培养方向重构课程体系,加强实习实训。Investigation on talent demand of secretary specialty of middle and small sized private enterprises in Zhejiang showed that,the middle and small sized private enterprises＇demand for talents of secretary specialty is steady and increasing,and the demand for talents types is inclined to commercial type and complicated types,and those enterprises pay more attention to the acquirement of various qualifications and certificates.Therefore,the cultivation objectives of secretary specialty of higher vocational education should transform from single administrative staff to commercial and complicated secretary talents,re-construct the curriculum system according to cultivation directions,and strengthen practice training.
