摘  要:研究2种野生百合和6种百合栽培品种的花粉在不同贮藏温度下贮藏时间及对百合花粉活力的影响,结果表明:百合种(品种)间新鲜花粉生活力存在差异,野生百合花粉生活力高于栽培品种。低温能延长花粉的寿命。室温条件下贮藏25 d后百合花粉活力已接近0;4℃贮藏75 d后,2种野生百合和‘普瑞头’花粉的活力仍在2.7%以上;-20℃贮藏200 d后2种野生百合花粉的活力在2.2%以上,栽培品种花粉的活力已接近0;-80℃贮藏365 d后,所有的种(品种)的花粉均有一定的活力(3.2%以上),细叶百合花粉的萌发率最高,为15.2%。An experiment was conducted to study the vitality and storage capacity of lily pollens under different storage conditions in order to provide references for pollen storage and artificial pollination. Pollens of two species of wild lilies and six lily cultivars were used as experimental materials. The difference in pollen vitality was found among various varieties and the vitality of the wild lilies was higher than that of the cultivated lilies. The pollen longevity was extended at low temperatures. The pollens of the lilies lost vitality after 25 days of storage at room temperature, but the pollens of the two wild lilies and ' Proto' still kept a germination rate of more than 2.7% at 4 degrees C. The pollens of the two wild lilies had a germination rate of more than 2.2% at 20 degrees C below zero for 200 days, while the pollens of the cultivated lilies had lost vitality. The pollens of all the hlies had a germination rate of more than 3.2% at 80 degrees C below zero for 365 days, and the germination rate of Lilium pumilum was the highest (15.2%).
