临床见习“5+5”模式构建与实践

摘　　要：目的研究和实践临床见习"5+5"模式,试图解决扩招和多校区办学等给临床见习带来的一些问题,为临床见习提供新的模式和经验。方法采用文献法、问卷调查法、个案研究法、访谈法、统计分析法等,研究和实践临床见习"5+5"模式。结果结合医学教学的实际情况,在东莞校区成功构建实施了临床见习"5+5"模式。结论临床见习"5+5"模式是适合临床教学实际的一种可行、有效的临床见习新模式。该模式尚需在实践中不断改进和完善。Objective To research and practice the clinical clerkship ＂5＋5＂pattern,attempting to solve the clinical clerkship problems of the present our college medical education came along with factors like expansion of enrollment and multi-campus etc,and provide new pattern and experience for clinical clerkship.Methods This paper adopts documentary study,survey study,case study,interview study and statistical analysis etc.Results The clinical clerkship ＂5＋5＂pattern has been built on Dongguan campus.Conclusion This pattern is a feasible and effective new clinical clerkship pattern and constantly need to be improved and completed in practice.
