摘　　要：目的：通过研究ＴＳ对Ｓ１８０腹水肉瘤细胞超微结构及表面电荷的影响，探讨了ＴＳ抗癌作用机理。方法：采用细胞电泳测定法和电子显微镜观察法。结果：ＴＳ可破坏Ｓ１８０肿瘤细胞超策结构，使其细胞２膜微绒毛变粗短，数量减少，线粒体肿胀；ＴＳ可使Ｓ１８０肿瘤细胞有直接杀伤作用。Objective: To study the anti - cancer mechanism of total soyasoponin(TS) by examining its essects on the ultrastructure and surface charge of S180 ascites sarcoma cells. Methods: cell electrophoresis and eletromicroscope. Result: TS damaged the ultrastructure of S180 cancer cells, shortened and thickened the microvillus, swelled mitochondria. TS also decreased electrophoresis rate of S180 cell. Conclusion: TS has direct killing effects on S180 cells.
