摘  要:新疆各民族多元文化存在的事实,使具备多元文化教育能力成为新疆中小学校教师必须具备的能力。然而新疆高师院校教育类课程设置和全国是统一的,并没有体现培养多元文化教师的教育性质,需要进行课程改革。依据多元文化教师应具备的能力和素养,提出培养多元文化教师的新疆高师教育类课程改革构想。The reality that multiculture exists among minorities in Xinjiang requires multicultural abilities for teachers in primary and middle schools.However,the education curriculum arrangements of normal colleges in Xinjiang are not differentiated from other regions of China and consequently needs to be reformed because there is no consideration about its quality of cultivating multicultural teachers.This article has brought forward the consideration on curriculum arrangements reforming of normal colleges based on the requirements of abilities and attainments for multicultural teachers.
