摘　　要：本文以上海理工大学的大英教改实践为例，介绍了通识英语与专业英语相结合的具有校本特色的改革思路，并据此提出了大学英语课程设置模块化、教学管理一体化、学生选课体系化的系列模式，以求最终达到培养卓越工程人才的目的。Based on the college English teaching innovation of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, the paper introduces the way of combining general English and specialized English and proposes a system of the modularization of curriculum design, the integration of teaching management and the systematization of course selection. The innovation aims at the cultivation of excellent engineering talents for the society.
