三种饲用灌木营养成分动态变化及其对体外产气特性的影响

摘　　要：测定了鹊肾树(Streblus asper Lour.)、倒吊笔(Wrightia pubescens R.Br.)、白背叶[Mallotus apelta(Lour.)Müll.Arg.]三种饲用灌木不同生长期营养成分含量,采用体外产气技术评价了三种饲用灌木的体外产气特性,并分析发酵动力学参数与营养成分之间的相关关系。结果表明:三种饲用灌木粗蛋白质(CP)含量较高,酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量较低,体外干物质消化率(IVDMD)高,具有较高的饲用价值;理论最大产气量(a+b)和IVDMD与CP呈不显著负相关,与ADF呈显著负相关,与NDF呈极显著负相关,即碳水化合物(酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维)与粗蛋白质含量共同影响体外产气特性。Nutritional components of 3 feeding shrubs including Streblus asper Lour., Wrightia pubescens R. Br., Mallotus apelta （L,our.） Mtill. Arg. were determined and the in vitro gas production characteristics were evaluated by in vitro gas production technique. The correlations of kinetic parameters and nutritional components were analyzed and discussed in this paper. The results showed that the 3 feeding shrubs had a high feeding value for livestock because of the high content of crude protein（CP） ,suitable neutral detergent fiber（NDF） and acid detergent fiber（ADF）,in vitro dry matter degradability （IVDMD）.Correlation analyses indicated that the theoretical maximum gas production and IVDMD both had negative correlation to CP （P 〉 0.05）,ADF（P 〈 0.05）,NDF（P 〈 0.01 ）. It was concluded that the in vitro gas production characteristics depend on the carbohydrate（ADF,NDF） and crude protein content.
