摘  要:基于侧面柱碰撞对乘员伤害的严重性,应用计算机仿真方法对轿车侧面柱碰撞进行研究.通过对车身侧面结构变形、加速度响应和假人损伤参数等方面的分析,揭示了柱碰撞的特性,并据此提出了改进门槛及地板横梁强度的措施.结果表明:与侧面壁障碰撞相比,轿车侧面柱碰撞造成了对乘员更严重的损伤风险,增大了车身侧面结构的侵入量.通过提高门槛梁、地板横梁强度可以有效地提高车辆抗柱撞的车身结构安全性.Based on the occupant injury severity in side pole impact, this paper conducted a computer simulation study on the side pole impact of a passenger car. The injury criterion and parameters of dummy, the side structure deformation and acceleration of the car body were thoroughly analyzed in terms of the crash characteristics of the car in side pole impact. The countermeasures for improving the strength of the door-sill-beam and the floor cross member were presented. Simulation results have shown that the side pole impact increases occupant injury risk and makes more intrusion on the side structure of the body, compared with car to barrier side impact. The passenger car safety performance can be improved in side pole impact by strengthening the door-sill-beam and the floor cross member.
