摘　　要：大学生新生教育是大学生进入大学的第一堂课,对于大学生顺利开展四年大学学习生活有非常重要的指导作用,对于高校的教育管理工作也具有促进意义。高校要采用有别于高中阶段的教育方法,坚持"实用性、人性化、个性化"的原则,将新生教育分模块、分阶段、系统完整地开展新生教育,同时将新生教育纳入到大学生思想教育工作的全过程,为四年的学习生活打下良好基础。Orientation is the first class when students enter universities.It＇s very important for them to start and complete the four-year college life smoothly.It is also a great promotion for the educational administration work in universities.An education method differs from high school should be utilized to implement orientation in rounded system and in phases,on the principle of practical,humanistic and individual.Being brought into the process of ideological education,orientation should provide the students a good foundation for the whole college lives.
