低颅压综合征的MRI诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:分析低颅压综合征的MRI诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析经腰穿测压证实的12例低颅压综合征患者的临床和MRI表现。结果:12例低颅压综合征患者均有特征性的体位性头痛,MRI表现包括弥漫性对称性硬脑膜强化12例;脑下垂5例;硬膜下积液4例;硬膜下血肿2例。结论:低颅压综合征的MRI表现具有特征性,尤其是增强后硬脑膜弥漫强化征象对本病的诊断很有价值。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of MRI for intracranial hypotension syndrome.Method The clinical and MRI findings of 12 cases with intracranial hypotension syndrome confirmed by lumbar puncture were retrospectively analyzed.Results The typical orthostatic headache were presented in 12 patients.MRI findings of intracranial hypotension syndrome included uniform,diffuse and symmetrical enhancement of the pachymeninges in 12 cases;sagging of the brain in 5 cases;subdural effusion in 4 cases;subdural hematoma in 2 cases.Conclusion MRI findings of intracranial hypotension syndrome are characteristic,especially the finding of diffuse enhancement of the pachymeninges is valuable in diagnosing intracranial hypotension syndrome.
