摘　　要：目的观察Fascin蛋白在口腔癌组织中的表达,探讨Fascin蛋白表达与口腔癌颈淋巴结转移及其它临床病理指标之间的关系。方法选择因口腔鳞癌行手术切除及颈淋巴清扫术的病例75例,采用免疫组化方法,观察Fascin在口腔癌中的表达,分析Fascin表达与口腔癌颈淋巴结转移及其它临床病理指标之间的关系。结果口腔癌淋巴结转移组中Fascin阳性同时有伪足样突起的细胞数目多于非转移组中该种细胞的数目;Fascin阳性细胞数与肿瘤前沿浸润方式分型成正相关,即随着浸润团块的减小,Fascin阳性细胞数增多;Fascin阳性细胞数与其它临床病理指标无关。结论在肿瘤浸润前沿存在Fascin蛋白染色阳性同时有伪足样突起的肿瘤细胞,推测该种细胞具有较强的侵袭力,在口腔癌浸润转移过程中发挥重要作用,该种细胞数量的增加对预测口腔癌淋巴结转移有一定的参考价值。Objective To examine the expression of Fascin in OSCC and investigate the relationship between the expression of Fascin and cervical lymph node metastasis or other clinical pathological parameters.Methods Seventy-five cases of OSCC were included in this study.Fascin expression in these OSCC lesions was examined by immunohistochemical method and the relationship between the expression and cervical lymph node metastasis or other clinical pathological parameters observed.Results The number of Fascin positive cells in cases with lymph node metastasis were more than that of the cases without lymph node metastasis.The number of Fascin positive cells were positively associated with the fashion of tumor invasion but not with other clinical pathological parameters.Conclusion There were tumor cells with both Fascin positive and pseudopodium-like prominences on the advancing front of tumor invasion,and this kind of tumor cells probably had strong invasive ability and may play a role in OSCC invasion and metastasis.
