摘  要:教师的目标依赖是指教师对学校既定的目标具有强烈的追求欲,在征服它的过程中,自己被目标所"俘获"。目标依赖左右着教师的专业成长,影响到教师专业发展所需的自主性和创造性的发挥。产生目标依赖的主要原因是教师被排除在目标制订之外,消极被动地专注于实现各项评估指标。消除教师目标依赖的关键是要理清管理目标与教师行为的关系,克服学校管理过程中的过度功利取向、直接的物质激励等。Teachers'objective reliance refers that teachers have a strong desire to pursue the established objective by school andthey are captured by the objective unable to extricate themselves in the process of conquering it.Objective reliance hinders theteachers'professional development and makes them lose the autonomy and creativity,resulting in deformed professional development.The main reason is that teachers are excluded from the target-making,passive to focus on the achievement of the evaluationindicators.The key to eliminate the teachers'objective reliance is to clarify the relationship between management objectives andteachers actions,to overcome the over-utilitarian approach and direct material incentives in the school management and so on.
